We do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.

Swimwear is eligible for exchange or store credit when purchased at full price. All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 



How to Request an Exchange

Do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Before you begin:
  • Check that the item and size you wish to exchange for is in stock on our site.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and hygienic liners intact. Items with signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or soap will not be accepted.
Steps for Exchange
Step 1:
Email support@hokulanicollection.com with your order number in the subject line.
 Let us know the item and size you’d like to exchange for
Step 2:
Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and a return shipping invoice.
 We encourage you to reuse your original packaging to help reduce waste.
Step 3:
Once we receive and approve your return—and the invoice is paid—we’ll ship your new item. Please ensure your return is sent within 10 days of confirmation, or the requested item will be released back into inventory.

 



Condition Standards

Returned items must be in brand-new condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and hygienic liners intact. Items with signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or soap will not be accepted.

If not, your request will be declined and the item returned to you.

 

Shipping Terms

  • Hokulani Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
     If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your mail carrier.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
     Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

  • Orders will not be refunded if the package is refused or unclaimed.

Our products are hand drawn & designed in Hawai'i & manufactured in Indonesia.

We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are sustainable, high quality, and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
